As a valued member of the Telarus family, we appreciate the trust you place in us and the relationships between our partners, employees, and suppliers.

In the current situation with COVID-19, we are here to meet your needs. Please know that we have your back and have a plan for employees to work from home as necessary. We are evaluating our event schedule and making decisions to keep or reschedule on a case-by-case basis.

We have been watching the information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Still, we understand many local communities are also receiving updates from their local city and county health departments. We have some employees who are affected by warnings from their local health departments to eliminate unnecessary travel. We are letting our employees make these decisions on a case-by-case basis.

In all cases, your partner support manager is your best resource for instant updates, and if that person is out, they will be covered by one of their peers.

Relationships with our partners, suppliers, and employees are our lifeblood. We watched the situation unfold with the canceling of Channel Partners at the last minute, and we wanted to take a more proactive approach so you can plan your travel.  Please frequently visit our events page for these changes and updates.

With concern for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) spreading worldwide, it’s not surprising that malicious actors are taking advantage of the public’s need for knowledge. On March 6 the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) released the following information about cyber threat actors and the COVID-19 virus:
Cyber actors may send emails with malicious attachments or links to fraudulent websites to trick victims into revealing sensitive information or donating to fraudulent charities or causes. Exercise caution in handling any email with a COVID-19-related subject line, attachment, or hyperlink, and be wary of social media pleas, texts, or calls related to COVID-19.
