The May 25th Telarus Tuesday call welcomed Kyle Nisenson, Director of Channel Business Development, and Leland Evans, Director of North American Sales with Intrado. Kyle and Leland provided an update on Intrado’s three pillars of UCaaS, which include a complete Microsoft Teams PBX offer, a robust Cisco platform, and a proprietary SMB solution. Intrado Overview

Intrado has gone through a series of name changes in the last almost 40 years, but it all started with the company name West. The company acquired numerous other companies that introduced them to UCaaS, and then in 2019, they officially changed their name to Intrado. In 2020 they added OnSIP. OnSIP is an SMB UCaaS Solution.

Intrado has been rolling out director routing for Microsoft Teams for 18 months, and during that time, Intrado learned what customers need.
