Former Serenova channel sales director to lead the company’s recruiting efforts and help existing Telarus sales partners in Northern California become Trusted Advisors of cloud, unified communications, cybersecurity, and contact center-as-a-service

Telarus, LLC., master agent and largest private-held distributor of business cloud infrastructure and contact center services in the world, today announced it had hired industry-veteran Taylor Klevins as its new senior partner development manager (SPDM) of Northern California. In this role, Klevins will help existing Telarus channel partners expand their digital edge, hybrid cloud, gig-speed network, SD-WAN, UCaaS, CCaaS, and cybersecurity practices. She will also be tasked with recruiting new firms interested in earning residual commissions by leveraging their suite of 250 service providers and award-winning value-added resources Telarus offers exclusively to its agents. Klevins comes to Telarus after ten years supporting channel partners in the west for two of the industry’s top brands: Serenova and Intelisys.

During her very successful career, Klevins has held several roles in the channel: she was a channel sales director at leading CCaaS provider, Serenova. She also spent nine years as a partner experience manager for master agent, Intelisys. During her time at these companies, Klevins developed a reputation for responsiveness, technical knowledge, and always going above and beyond for the sales partners under her care.
