Former National Channel Director for Dialpad to join the company’s sales engineering department
SANDY, UT – Telarus, LLC., the largest privately-held distributor of business Cloud infrastructure and Contact Center services announced it had hired Mike Baillargeon as its new solution architect for UCaaS and CCaaS in the east. As the Telarus team’s latest member, Baillargeon will create a comprehensive architecture for the customer’s environment and provide strategic direction through the process. He will be working with the sales engineering department and partners to ensure the best-fit UCaaS and CCaaS solutions are brought in to help modernize existing enterprise architecture.

Mike Baillargeon has spent his entire career in the Unified Communications and Contact Center industry, focusing on partner enablement. He was previously an IT director for a large BPO contact center. For the past ten years, he has been using his experience and passion for driving better customer experience. Baillargeon drove customer experience by enabling partners of all sizes to sell, be a trusted advisor, and a thought leader. He always wants to drive digital transformation and push customers to be leaders in their space through technology adoption.
Baillargeon has sought out companies that offer disruptive technology, so it makes sense that he accepted a position as UCaaS Solution Architect at Telarus. He was formerly at Five9, where he was a partner development director and worked to enable and gain mindshare of partners and Master Agents while teaching them about the technology. He values companies with a great culture, strong products, and a great team. He also previously was a long time ShoreTel employee holding various positions including engineering, but always focused on the channel and teaching partners how to hold conversations with prospects on how to sell a solution and not just a SKU.
