Welcome to New Suppliers on the Block. This series brings you closer to the newest suppliers in the portfolio, showcasing what they offer and how it can strengthen your conversations and customer outcomes. Let’s jump in.
This time, I wanna tell you about a new supplier, Skipio, under the CX space. So Skipio has two main primary platforms that we wanna think about them for. One is for, automated SMS. So think of what we’ve been legacy using, like Sinch, Infobip, and Telepeer for to where you wanna trigger an SMS to be sent by something so they could do, like, a mass notification type of thing.
Not at the form of, like, an Everbridge where it’s more of, like, an alert system and an event management solution, But somebody wants to send out, you know, like scheduling SMS reminders or something like that, they have a very strong platform there. And then the other one is for autonomous agents. So that that IVA agent that front ends calls and does that autonomously can respond on behalf of people, gets integrated with some form of data source so it can be intelligent. They do this very well, and they compete with companies that we’d legacy bring like a five nine in for or like a Capacity or Replicant, somebody like that.
But what Scipio does is they focus on the SMB, and they’ll go down as low as they need to. And they have a really good platform to where they can also scale up as well. So they could do, like, the the chatting on the website, the SMS. They could do, phone calls, but they can automate that with a bot, and they’ll go down into they don’t really have a minimum.
They love that smaller, that smaller entity. They’re willing to go SMB through almost any vertical besides the Fed gov space. So thank you. Have a good day.
