SANDY, UT — Telarus, LLC., the largest privately held distributor of Contact Center, Unified Communications, and business Cloud infrastructure has made the decision to retire the term “master agent” as a descriptor for the business. Henceforth, after 17 years, Telarus will now be known as a Technology Solutions Brokerage.  The new business moniker better describes the breadth and depth of Telarus’ services, products, and support for suppliers and partners throughout the Channel.

“The term “Master Agent” was not coined with negative intent, but the underlying negative connotation and undertones may leave some diverse Channel participants feeling uneasy. At Telarus, we strongly believe the term “Master Agent” needs to be retired,” said Richard Murray, COO of Telarus.

While the change in nomenclature is important, it will not affect business operations. Telarus will continue to deliver on the promise of providing customized and innovative solutions that helps business scale quickly. Telarus features the best in applicable technology, engineering support, advanced solutions, and an exceptional partner experience. The goal remains the same, to enable partner’s success every day.
