Telarus Hires Andrew Griffiths to enable and drive its Sales Partners efforts to Sell Cloud-Based UC and Contact Center Solutions

UC and contact center Sales Manager and Engineer named as new VP of UC/CC Business Development, tasked with helping Telarus’ 4,000 sales partners identify, present, and close complex CCaaS and UCaaS opportunities

April 16, 2019 – Sandy, UT – Telarus, LLC., master agent of business cloud infrastructure and contact center services, today announced it has hired industry-veteran, Andrew Griffiths of Denver, Colorado, as its new VP of UCaaS and CCaaS business development. In this role, Griffiths will lead the expansion of UC and Contact Center sales throughout the organization – technologies that are the fastest-growing segment of the Telarus product portfolio. This announcement will allow Ray Hicken, VP of Strategic Partners-Contact Center to focus on enterprise-focused partners, while Griffiths will work closely with Telarus field sales teams and suppliers to take these products to the entire base of Telarus partners.

Over his successful career, Griffiths has held prominent roles with a focus on UC and contact center. Starting as an Account Executive, Andrew found his way into the channel as a channel manager helping partners with Mitel Contact Center products. More recently, Andrew has been a manager of the UC Specialists team, as well as a Sales Manager over the Central region at Allstream.
