Telarus has announced three new teams within its Commissions Department and three new hires to streamline collection efforts and to ensure Telarus’ community of 4,000+ sales partners are paid each month correctly by Telarus’ portfolio of 200+ service providers
Telarus, LLC., the largest private-held distributor of business cloud infrastructure and contact center services, today announced it had restructured its Commissions Department into three teams; each focused on delivering accurate, proactive results in less time than ever before. The three new teams – Commission Processing, Revenue Assurance, and Inquiries and Escalations – will work together to improve the payment experience and reduce the amount of audit work required by partners to ensure they are being paid correctly.
In addition to the restructure, Telarus also announced the hiring of three industry veterans to its new Commissions Department teams, namely:
- Michelle Delacasas, Director (Inquiries and Escalations)
- Tracy Savage, Commissions Analyst (Inquiries and Escalations)
- Todd Bryant, Commissions Analyst (Revenue Assurance)
As the Director of Inquiries and Escalations, Delacasas will oversee, manage and escalate any issues required to ensure proper payment, including back payment, of commissions owed by suppliers. Delacasas comes to Telarus after a distinguished career at Comcast where she worked as a billing and customer service supervisor for over 23 years. Tracy Savage, also a former Comcast team member, will be working for Michelle Delacasas to ensure Telarus sales partners are in the loop regarding all open tickets relating to their commission. Todd Bryant, a former commission analyst for Spring Mobile and former corporate accountant for Overstock.com, will be running data analytics to early-identify discrepancies and shortfalls.
“We are excited about our newly reorganized Commissions Department,” said Zane Christensen, CFO of Telarus. “Now that we’ve officially integrated both Telarus and CarrierSales commission platforms, we have the luxury of repurposing more personnel into these three key teams, each of which performs a vital function in the prompt and accurate payment of commissions owed to our partner community. We’re also excited to expand these three teams with the additions of Michelle Delacasas, Tracy Savage, and Todd Bryant. Each of them is accomplished, experienced, and highly trained professionals who are going to provide an instant uplift to our new teams, and we believe our partners will be able to feel their impact immediately. Eliminating the ‘hassle factor’ in getting paid is our sole focus, and one that we’ll continue to invest in into the foreseeable future.”
“Ensuring our partners are paid correctly and quickly is our primary function as a distributor of business cloud infrastructure services,” added Adam Edwards, CEO of Telarus. “Our partners shouldn’t need to hire internal resources to ensure they’re being paid correctly by their master agent – that’s our job. For years we’ve been investing in both software and staff to ensure that this function is performed at a very high level, and now, with Michelle, Tracy, and Todd’s help, we are going to up our commissions game even further. Over their careers at Comcast and Spring Mobile, they have established track records of creating processes, with a fanatical attention to detail, that will suit them perfectly in their respective roles on our new teams. I am confident that our sales partners, our suppliers, and our existing Commission team will enjoy working with each of them.” For more information about the award-winning Telarus partner program, including how to join, please contact the new partner hotline at 877-346-3232 or visit us online at www.telarus.com/partners.
