Requesting and managing supplier quotes is easier than ever with new Telarus tools now available in the Agent Back Office. Telarus QuoteVue brings real-time visibility into the progression of your quotes. QuoteVue eliminates manual tracking and provides immediate connection with the right Telarus resources for rapid answers to questions and mitigation of discrepancies.

  • Access QuoteVue in the Agent Back Office under Customers >  Opportunities > QuoteVue
  • Quickly see all quotes by opportunity, customer, status, and line-item information and easily identify and contact the assigned Telarus team member at any point in the process. Drill down into quote details as granular as desired.

The Rapid Response Tool is a new tool that ensures our back office collects all the right information to complete your inquiry as quickly as possible.

  • Go to Customers > Opportunities > Engage Our Team
  • Request responses for pricing, registering a deal, or engaging with an engineer. The built-in prompts ensure that the back office team routes your information properly.

Telarus Report Builder is an extension of commission reporting, providing enhanced reporting flexibility and control over commission information. Now it’s easier than ever to create your reports, your way. (PS: This is a valuable business planning tool as you start strategizing for 2024!)

  • Go to Commissions > Commission Reports
  • Customize Telarus-provided commission reports, build custom reports, and export commission data to third-party reporting tools to easily navigate and analyze commission details, trends, and variances.
