For the third straight year, CenturyLink tops the Telarus supplier stack for total sales volume. Mitel takes home a record four awards, with Comcast, Zayo, and 8×8 also winning multiple awards.  AireSpring’s Charles Lomond wins his seventh consecutive Top Channel Manager award.

SANDY, UT — Telarus, LLCleading master agent of business cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and contact center services, unveiled its topperforming suppliers of 2019 during its live quasi-virtual awards ceremony held at the Hale Center Theatre in front of a limited gathering of sales partners and suppliers.

“Congratulations to our Top Suppliers of 2019,” said Richard MurrayCOO of Telarus.  “Each of these companies has gone above and beyond when it comes to creating products that businesses are asking for: cybersecurity, contact center, cloud computing and storage, dynamic WAN networks, and super-fast internet. On top of that, they’ve all invested heavily in their channel support organizations, giving them the resources they need to educate, help, and sell with our channel partners. CenturyLink, who also took home the prize for top supplier in each of the past three years, has seen a massive uplift in mid-market and enterprise deals. They are setting a new standard of what happens when a company continually reinvests in hiring top talent to work with their top-tier distributors like Telarus. Their focus and hard work really paid off in 2019.”

“It is a huge honor for us to publicly recognize the hard work of people who go above and beyond for Telarus and our partners,” added Roger Blohm, EVP of Telarus. “Their willingness to work with us in the field to recruit new partners, to support our events, to allow us to collocate our monitoring hardware in their data centers to provide transparency to the cloud, to keep our pricing and fiber tools up-to-date; it all blends into the recipe of a healthy channel selling community. Our 31 percent sales increase last year was fueled by our suppliers’ valiant efforts who never utter the words ‘that’s not my job.’ They make it happen again and again, and for that, we express our gratitude and appreciation.  We especially want to recognize Mitel on their four Partner Choice awards, as well as Charles Lomond, of AireSpring, for winning the Top National Channel Manager for the seventh time in a row. That kind of consistency and dedication is rare in any industry, and we congratulate them on this massive achievement.

The awards banquet was held to conclude the “Race to the Summit: Season One” contest in which hundreds of Telarus sales partners completed tasks to earn points and the opportunity to win the grand prize of $25,000 or a 3-year lease on a Telsa Model-S. The live events spanned two days and were held in lieu of Telarus Partner Summit, which was scheduled to occur this week in Nashville, Tennessee, but was canceled due to Coronavirus concerns. After the events, Telarus announced the beginning of “Race to the Summit: Season Two” that runs through the December 2, 2020.
