You’ve been asking for more highly capable MSPs that also have a great AI data analytics, cybersecurity stack, support business applications like ERP solutions. My name is Jason Kaufman, principal solutions architect, and here, I want to reintroduce Synoptek.

Welcome to new suppliers on the block. This series brings you closer to the newest suppliers in the portfolio, showcasing what they offer and how it can strengthen your conversations and customer outcomes. Let’s jump in.

So Synoptek did leave the channel previously and they didn’t do it in a great fashion, but what they have done is is completely communicated their significant investment and reestablishment to be the go to go to market strategy within the channel, the channel first model. So we’ve been heavily leaning into them for anything from MSP, MSSP, anything that would…

That customers outsourcing from IT stack to cybersecurity, but also they have a very deep bench when it comes to AI and data analytics. Not only do they support, you know, the traditional stuff in AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, where we see a lot of other players play in, but they also get really deep when it comes to building on premise tech stacks. So taking a customer that wants a highly compliant solution or something that they can control a little bit better, that’s where Synopteks comes into play. They are truly agnostic when it comes into, AI solutions and data analytics because they not only support the things that everybody lives and breathes, but also those things that customers are asking for outside of those environments.

So if your customer doesn’t wanna be in Azure, AWS or GCP, they wanna own everything after the initial build out, That is a great solution for Synoptek. Highly recommend them for that. Plus they want something to where…

They want somebody to outsource everything to.

Minimal hand holding, but also highly competent across cloud, MSP, IT solutions, cybersecurity, application, and AI. Then you have one stop shop here and one throat to hug with Synoptek. Highly recommend them in any one of those equations. Generally, think of them for the upper SMB, lower mid market, and they scale all the way up to upper enterprise.

Domestically, globally, all that stuff is right in their wheelhouse. So think of them those. Anytime you think Thrive, Quest, ECI, Unisys, any of those upper MSPs that are highly competent, they fit the bill very, very well.
