Hello, everybody. You’ve been asking specifically for something that competes at the mid market and enterprise space for agentic solutions. My name is Jason Kaufman, principal solutions architect, and I’m here to tell you about Soundhound AI.

So SoundHound AI is a leader in the agentic space. So what they could do is understand very complex task and understand intent, break down multiple questions into single problems and answer each one individually and give a holistic solution to a customer as they’re talking to them live. SoundHound has proprietary technologies that can do this efficiently and give a customer a very warm experience when it comes to dealing with an agent. No never anymore do you have to understand, hey, I’m talking to a robot, or I’m talking to something that’s not gonna understand and have a very bad experience.
SoundHound has a resolution to that, and they’ve done it with their agentic solutions and workflows to where they can automate many different tasks. They’re putting into many different platforms, and their integrations are top notch. Another thing that they do very well is they have a secondary platform for AIOps and automation for incident management and workflow orchestration. So what I mean by that is if you ever seen Everbridge XMatters platform to where they can understand when there’s anomalies from an operational perspective, hey, this application or this user or whatever the infrastructure is, they can see when there’s an issue there and then they can automate the resolution and take multiple events and also categorize.
And then as the system is automating the resolution, they could ticket everything and make sure everything is documented and see when a human is physically needed. So they take both of those different platforms. One that’s for triaging agents and being able to automate workflows based on the agentic request, or it could do the automation on its own for infrastructure as it’s monitoring as far as an AIOps solution.
So multiple different platforms, multiple different solutions under one umbrella that’s done effectively for mid market enterprise solutions, and that’s why they’re a Gartner Magic Quadrant leader here.
