You ever had a tool that was highly capable, but you didn’t know how to configure it, so all it was was just a pain to be there? Yes. We are talking about Microsoft365.
Welcome to new suppliers on the block. This series brings you closer to the newest suppliers in the portfolio, showcasing what they offer and how it can strengthen your conversations and customer outcomes. Let’s jump in.
My name is Jason Kaufman, and I’m a principal solution architect. I’m here to talk to you about a new supplier on the block, Mobile Mentor. So Mobile Mentor is actually Microsoft partner of the year over the last five years, either first or second, and which means they’re a very strong partner and highly confident in all things Microsoft three sixty five. They’re also very flexible when it comes to things like assessments.
See, like, hey. We’re we’re subscribed to e three or e five licenses, or we have business premium business standard, and we wanna know what are we missing from third party tool sets or what can we leverage more today that we we haven’t been using that we’re already subscribed to. Maximizing that financial investment that you have in licenses, MobileMentor does that in a very cost effective way, but then they can also configure it for you. Anything from the endpoint management tools like Intune, security suite like Defender, Purview for DLP, Microsoft Sentinel, they can configure all of that and then they can monitor and manage it for you as well if you’re so inclined.
One of the big things they could do as well is Copilot. So Copilot is one of the biggest things in the industry right now, how to leverage AI. And Microsoft has built that within their platform and given you a cost effective way to implement it and automatically integrate it with a lot of your data tool sets that are built into Microsoft. So how do you do that without enabling it to where everybody gets access to every piece of data in the company?
How you put the guardrails on there? How do you ensure it’s being effective? How do you ensure a lot of these things to make sure it’s successive successful rollout? MobileMentor does that as part of their Copilot mentoring.
So what they could do is they can either train the trainers and implementing it, or they could do it on behalf of the customer. And again, doing this with a 5x Microsoft Partner of the Year winner is something that’s highly impactful and powerful to bring that type of expertise into your environment. They will go across all the regulated verticals. The one that wouldn’t put them with is the FedGov space.
They do have some FedGov capabilities, but I think we have some better GCC high folks that are capable of doing that. I would compete them more like the metrics, globals, the rapid scales, the ECIs. We do mention BlueVoyant there. They are a big competitor in this space, but we do not have them in our portfolio yet.
But they are one that comes up quite a bit. So, again, anything Microsoft three sixty five, especially around the headache of configuring, bring in MobileMentor.
