Benefits Available to Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Levels

  • Prioritized Sales Engineering+: Technology advisor will receive fast-tracked responses and expertise from technology experts.
    • For Platinum and Diamond level technology advisors, this will include private access and dedicated support.

Benefits Available to Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Levels

  • Partner Summit Accommodations: Technology advisor will enjoy complimentary accommodations at the Telarus Partner Summit for a three-night stay.​
    • Partner Summit attendance will be subject to the Partner Summit terms and conditions provided by Telarus.
    • Silver and Gold level technology advisors will receive one (1) room.
    • Platinum and Diamond level technology advisors will receive two (2) rooms, with Diamond level technology advisors receiving upgraded rooms and an in-room gift.
    • Rooms will be determined at Telarus’ sole discretion, with no guarantee of any specific level or type of room.

Benefits Available to Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Levels

  • Partner Summit VIP Experience: Technology advisor will receive an invitation to a one-of-a kind experience at the Partner Summit for two (2) attendees.​
    • The Partner Summit VIP Experience will be determined by Telarus in its sole discretion.
  • Executive Sponsorship+: Technology advisor will be provided with a dedicated Telarus executive for ongoing business guidance.​
  • President’s Club Consideration: Technology advisor will experience an extraordinary three-day getaway.​
    • President’s Club attendance will be subject to the President’s Club terms and conditions provided by Telarus.
    • A maximum of two (2) President’s Club trips can be earned by any given technology advisor.

Benefits Available to Diamond Level

  • Chairman’s Club: Technology advisor will experience a luxurious trip as part of Chairman’s Club consideration.​
    • Chairman’s Club attendance will be subject to the Chairman’s Club terms and conditions provided by Telarus.

General Terms and Conditions

  • Telarus may modify, amend, or cancel the Peak Performance program or any benefit related thereto at any time at Telarus’ sole discretion.
  • Achievement of Peak Performance levels shall be based on the technology advisor’s monthly recurring revenues (also known as MRR or bookings). Monthly recurring revenues/MRR/ bookings shall mean actual monthly revenue received from customers by suppliers for services directly attributable to customer accounts procured by the applicable technology advisor, to the extent such customer accounts are placed with Telarus.
    • Total MRR/bookings will be determined by cumulative new billing accounts sold and posted to Telarus’ Bookings Report on or between January 1, and December 31 of the applicable calendar year. New MRR/bookings only includes revenues which are anticipated to bill on a monthly basis for a minimum of twelve (12) months.
    • Accounts sold during the last four months of the applicable calendar year that are not yet billing by December 31 of such calendar year will be valued for purposes of Peak Performance at Telarus management’s discretion (typically valued at committed contract rate).
    • New accounts will be subject to an absolute cut-off date; orders eligible for Peak Performance status must be signed on or before December 31 of the applicable calendar year and submitted/logged by January 6 of the following calendar year.
    • Total new MRR/bookings will be reduced by the fallout of accounts not installed or billing.
    • Any sale resulting in a commission reduction will result in the Peak Performance credit being reduced by the same value.
    • Accounts transferred to Telarus (base transfer) do not qualify for Peak Performance calculations unless Telarus receives its full administrative portion of gross commissions and/or otherwise agrees.
    • Any determination of the amount of monthly recurring revenues/MRR/bookings attributable to a given technology advisor shall be made by Telarus in its sole discretion.
  • Technology advisor must be an active selling Telarus technology advisor and have no contract violations and/or violations of Telarus’ code of ethics or policies to be eligible to receive Peak Performance benefits.
  • For any benefit provided by Telarus related to dedicated or exclusive Telarus resources (identified above by a “+”), Telarus shall determine in its sole discretion the Telarus personnel and/or resources available to the technology advisor related to such benefit. Telarus provides no warranty of any kind with respect to any such benefit. 
  • All benefits are non-transferable and may not be sold or traded.
