This investment is designed to fuel the next phase of growth for the Telarus ecosystem. We’ve always known that we succeed when our technology advisors and suppliers thrive, and this new capital allows us to make additional investments for our shared success.
After nearly 25 years of partnership and innovation, this new capital will enable us to expand resources and support for our advisors, create new opportunities for our supplier partners, and amplify the value of technology advisors to a wider market of IT buyers.
Is the Telarus leadership changing?
No. Chief Executive Officer Adam Edwards and Chief Commercial Officer Richard Murray will continue in their roles. Our vision and commitment to the channel are stronger than ever.
Is Telarus being acquired or sold?
No. This is an investment, not an acquisition. Advisor points of contact remain the same, Telarus will continue to operate as an independent company, and we will wake up each day to help our advisors provide the best guidance and outcomes to their customers—business as usual. This structure was chosen specifically to ensure continuity for our partners and employees.
