Telarus Ranks Among Highest-Scoring Businesses on INC. Magazine’s Annual List of Best Workplaces for 2021
Inc. Magazine has announced its best workplaces 2021 national list where Telarus has been listed.

SANDY, UT – For 40 years, Inc. Magazine has recognized the country’s most dynamic and employee-friendly businesses with the Inc. Best Workplaces Awards. This award focuses on company cultures that thrive in the face of adversity. As time goes on and companies face challenges of world events, the term “best workplace” has had to change and adapt. Collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. singled out 429 honorees this year. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including management effectiveness, perks, and fostering employee growth. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine the company’s overall score and ranking.
Telarus being on the list is huge for the company. The pandemic onset in 2020 brought new challenges to the country’s workplace and its environments. Transitions to work from home need to be made quickly, and the work environment and productivity made their way to people’s homes.
