Telarus Hires Erika McDowell as New Director of Partner Development for Southern California
Former Dialpad Regional Channel Manager for So Cal and AZ to Lead the Company’s Recruiting Efforts and Help Existing Telarus Sales Partners in the West Become Trusted Advisors of Cloud, Unified Communications, Cybersecurity, IoT and Mobility, and Contact Center as a Service.

In this role, Erika will help existing Telarus channel partners expand their digital edge, hybrid Cloud, gig-speed network, SD-WAN, UCaaS, CCaaS, IoT and Mobility, and Cybersecurity practices.
As the director of partner development, Erika will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process for the team of Partner Development Managers. She will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, she will build a high-performance sales team to ensure partner satisfaction and Telarus partner growth.

Erika has held several roles in the channel during her successful career: she was previously the senior channel manager for TPx Communications, a premier account manager for EarthLink Internet, and worked at Windstream for six years, where she held the title of account relationship manager. She also spent almost two years as regional channel manager for Dialpad, where she worked closely with Telarus.
