Former 23-year Comcast veteran to lead efforts to ensure Telarus’ community of 4,000+ sales partners are paid correctly each month by Telarus’ portfolio of 200+ cloud, network, and security providers

Telarus, LLC., the largest private-held distributor of business cloud infrastructure and contact center services, today announced it had hired industry veteran, Michelle Delacasas, to join its Commission Assurance team in the role of director of commission inquiries. In this role, Delacasas will oversee internal audits of residual and one-time bonuses destined for sales partners and escalate any issues found directly to the suppliers of record.  Delacasas comes to Telarus after a distinguished career at Comcast where she worked as a billing and customer service supervisor for over 23 years.

“We are excited to welcome Michelle to our Commission Assurance team,” said Zane Christensen, CFO of Telarus. “Ensuring our partners are paid correctly and quickly is our primary function as a distributor of business cloud infrastructure services. For years we’ve been investing in both software and staff to ensure that this function is performed at a very high level, and now, with Michelle’s help, we are going to up our commissions game even further. Over her career at Comcast, Michelle has an established track record of managing teams, with fanatical attention to detail that will suit her perfectly in her new role. I am confident that our sales partners, our suppliers, and our existing Commission Assurance team will enjoy working with Michelle.”

During her very successful career at Comcast, Delacasas held several leadership roles in customer service, billing and repair, sales and retention, outbound telemarketing, and as an order entry supervisor. Each of these roles involved escalations, real-time problem solving, and project management.  Most importantly, Delacasas developed a reputation for always doing what’s right for the customer.

“I look forward to joining forces with the most innovative master agent in the industry and look forward to helping partners get paid for their hard-fought UCaaS, CCaaS, and cybersecurity sales,” said Michelle Delcasas, director of commission inquiries for Telarus. “As the company continues to grow, and more and more commissions are being processed each month, we need to continually be vigilant and back our agents up when accounting errors occur. It’s not enough to find these errors; we must be proactive and fight to get those issues fixed and to get the sales partner their money without any unnecessary delays. I’m excited to bring my 23 years of various project management and leadership experience to bear for our sales partners and look forward to leading my team here at Telarus.”
