The combined company will offer its network of over 4,000 independent agents more expertise, more vendor options, and more software tools than ever before.

The all-stock deal will help the combined company deliver over $1.5M per month in new monthly recurring revenue to service providers, and will have annual revenues of more than $85M, making it one of the largest in the nation. Richard Murray, president of CarrierSales, will become an equal partner with Adam Edwards and Patrick Oborn, co-founders of Telarus.
