Sandy, UT, April 23, 2018 – CompTIA, the world’s leading technology association, announced today that Amy Bailey, Telarus VP of marketing has joined its Channel Advisory Board.
Bailey has been involved with CompTIA for more than four years, first as a member and then as a representative on the Distributor Advisory Council. Brief paragraph about board member: qualifications to serve on the advisory board. The perspective she brings from her experience as VP of marketing for a master agent makes her invaluable on the board.
“With the breadth of her experience in our industry, Amy is a strong addition to our Channel Advisory Board,” said Annette Taber, CompTIA’s vice president for industry outreach. “Her insights into the business of technology – how it is developed, marketed, purchased and deployed – will help guide the actions we take as an advisory council, an association and an industry.”
“Serving as a member of the CompTIA Channel Advisory Board is an honor and a learning experience. I am thrilled to serve with passionate colleagues who are interested in moving the channel forward,” said Amy.
The CompTIA Channel Advisory Board includes executives from technology hardware manufacturers, software publishers, carriers, service companies, distributors, master agents, and technology solution provider companies. This group provides counsel and insight to help technology solution providers adapt to the changing marketplace. This includes helping them to build out their “business solutions” practices, using cloud-based options and other emerging technologies to help customers with their digital transformations.
