SUMMARY:Join the Telarus Tuesday Call
DESCRIPTION:Microsoft and AI Working Together\nAI conversations are happening in every client meeting right now. The advisors winning those deals aren’t winging it — they understand the Microsoft AI ecosystem well enough to architect real solutions and drive real outcomes.   \nThis session breaks down three things you need to know.  \n\nAzure AI Infrastructure — Your Mid-Market On-Ramp\nHow Azure AI Studio gives advisors a unified platform to help clients deploy everything from OpenAI models to open-source alternatives — without vendor lock-in. We’ll also cover how Microsoft is making enterprise-grade AI accessible for mid-market clients without requiring a data science team.\n Copilot Across the Stack — More Than a License Sale\nWhy Copilot is becoming more than a productivity tool\, and where advisors can lead around adoption strategy\, data governance\, and ROI measurement.\nMicrosoft Fabric + Azure OpenAI — Where Data Meets AI\nHow organizations can apply AI directly to unified\, governed\, real-time data — helping solve the data fragmentation challenges that hold back many AI initiatives.  \n\nIf you want to lead these conversations with confidence\, this is the session to attend.

SUMMARY:Telarus President’s Club 2025
DESCRIPTION:President’s Club 2025 Qualifications\nPlaya Mujeres\, Mexico\nAtelier Playa Mujeres 🡥\nMay 14-17\, 2026   \nContest Period:  January 1\, 2025 – December 31\, 2025   \nThe Telarus President’s Club is the recognition for Telarus Technology Advisors and acts as a sales incentive program. A trip is won when a Technology Advisor sells $150\,000+ in new MRR with Telarus.     \nTrip Awards Tiering:  \n\nA single three-night trip will be awarded to a Technology Advisor who sells new MRR with Telarus at $150\,000.  \nMultiple trips can only be earned if a Technology Advisor sells new MRR with Telarus at $150\,000+ level.  Example: Sell new MRR with Telarus of $150k and earn one (1) trip.  Sell $300k+ new MRR with Telarus earn two (2) trips. Max of two (2) trips earned.  \n\nTrip Definition:  \n\nA “trip” is defined as one (1) hotel room for two (2) attendees\, plus two (2) round trip coach air transportation flight allowance per person\, and transfers to and from the airport    \n\nTerms & Conditions    \n\nTechnology Advisor must be an active selling Telarus agent and have no contract violations to receive the award in May 2026. \nFor the Telarus earned trip\, scoreboard credit will be based on commissionable MRR based on the terms of each contract. Telarus will calculate aggregate sales volume as follows:  \n\nTotal new revenue will be determined by cumulative new billing accounts sold and posted to Scoreboard on or between January 1\, 2025 and December 31\, 2025\, which are anticipated to bill on a monthly basis for a minimum of 12 months.  \nAccounts sold during the last four months of 2025 that are not yet billing by December 31\, 2025\, will be valued at Telarus management’s discretion (typically valued at committed contract rate).  \nAbsolute cut-off date orders signed on or before December 31\, 2025 and submitted/logged by January 8\, 2026 (5th business day).  \nTotal new revenue will be reduced by the fallout of accounts not installed or billing.  \nAny sale resulting in a commission reduction will be reduced by the same value.  \nLD usage sales will be trued up to actual billing.  \nAccounts transferred to Telarus (base transfer) do not qualify for President’s Club calculations unless Telarus retains its full administrative portion of commissions.  \n\n\nTelarus will not be offering individual supplier sponsored contests for the 2025 year/2026 trip.   \nAdvisors must sell $150k in new MRR with Telarus to qualify. All new sales qualify. \nAll trip attendees of a Technology Advisor and/or approved Technology Advisor employee must be 18 years of age or older.  \nIn the case of Technology Advisor winning multiple President’s Club trips\, the additional trip(s) may be given only to a Telarus–approved employee of Technology Advisor and their guest. Technology Advisors with no employees will be awarded only one trip for herself/himself and their guest\, thereby forfeiting the additional trip(s).  \nIf an award winner elects to make the trip as a single\, there will be no credit or future value in lieu of not taking a guest.  \nThe award is valid only for the specified travel dates and may not be rescheduled or redeemed for vouchers or cash.  \nAwards are non-transferable and may not be sold or traded.  \nTechnology Advisors who wish to extend the prize trip may do so only through the designated travel agency. Family or additional guests may be added to a trip extension but may not attend any of the President’s Club events. Telarus is not responsible for any portion of a trip extension including hotel/airport transfers.  \nEach Telarus President’s Club award winner agrees that Telarus may\, in any way Telarus deems fit\, and at Telarus’ sole discretion\, use any Telarus President’s Club award winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of publishing the results of\, promoting\, or otherwise advertising the Telarus President’s Club.  \nIf a Technology Advisors business is acquired by a Telarus competitor\, they no longer are eligible for the program period. \nTrips cannot be purchased\, only earned. Max of two (2) trips can be earned.   \nA winner may not split the trip into two (2) rooms. The trip is defined as one (1) hotel room for two (2) attendees\, plus two (2) round trip coach air transportation flight allowance per person\, and transfers to and from the airport. \nA Technology Advisor will be awarded a flight allowance set by Telarus.  The flight allowance will be noted when trip notification is posted.   Technology Advisor is responsible for booking flights and Technology Advisor must submit their flight receipt by March 13\, 2026 for reimbursement. This will also allow our team ample time to confirm transfers to and from the resort and airport. \nReimbursement will be made within 30 days after the Technology Advisor has taken the trip. (Ex: Trip is May 14-17\, 2026\, reimbursements will take place within 30 days after May 14\, 2026 and no later than June 14\, 2026.) \nAny changes to flight details are at the sole cost and responsibility of the technology advisor/supplier/employee. We will reimburse up to the initial flight allowance. \nTrip incidentals such as baggage fees\, meals\, car rentals\, airport parking\, and/or mileage during travel are not eligible for reimbursement. \nFinal Trip winners will be announced on or around January 15\, 2026.   \nAdditional terms and conditions may apply.  \n\nAgreement to Terms & Conditions   \nAll aspects of the Telarus President’s Club awards are subject to all applicable laws and regulations. To be eligible for the award\, all participants must agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions\, and participation constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.    \nTravel Documents   \nA valid United States Passport is required for the trip if traveling outside of the United States. The passport must be valid through the travel dates. In addition\, the name on the reservation must match exactly with the name on the passport presented.    \nTax Liability   \nAny liability for federal\, state\, or other taxes for the 2025 Telarus President’s Club awards will be the sole responsibility of the winning agents. Telarus will not be responsible for payment of any such taxes.    \nLiability Waiver   \nEach participant will sign a liability waiver for this trip releasing Telarus\, LLC\, and other property owners and facilities providers of any and all financial or legal liability for any injury or occurrence. Full liability waiver available upon request to marketing@telarus.com.   \nThank you to our attending supplier sponsors!
