DESCRIPTION:  \n\nThe contest for the Annual Telarus Chairman’s Club Trip runs January 1\, 2025 – December 31\, 2025. Only the agency the principal of the agency and their guest are eligible to attend. \nIn June of 2026\, we’ll spend seven days exploring Istanbul and Cappadocia\, Turkey! Trip highlights include: \n\nIstanbul: Explore this vibrant city\, rich with history dating back to the Romans.  We will visit the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque\, and in the Grand Bazaar\, which is the size of 7 football fields and has over 2800 shops.  Additionally\, you can delight your senses in the extraordinary Spice Bazaar.  Our hotel is located on the Bosphorus straight with breathtaking views of Istanbul.\n\n\nCappadocia: This is a destination unlike any you have ever seen.  Known for its distinctive “fairy chimneys\,” we will take a balloon ride above the Göreme Valley. We will explore the Göreme Open Air Musem\, home of the Dark Church where Bronze Age paintings have never seen the light of day.  Experience luxury at our hotel\, which is built into the mountain caves and overlooks the valley.\n\nThese intimate experiences will foster lifelong relationships with all who attend. This fun-filled and wonderous event will be one you will never forget. To learn more\, contact your xPDM. \nProgram Period\nAdvisor program will run January 1\, 2025 through December 31\, 2025. Absolute cut-off date orders signed on or before December 31st and submitted/logged by January 6th (3rd business day). \nTerms & Conditions\nPartner must be an active selling Telarus agent and have no contract violations to receive the award in June 2025. \nTotal new revenue will be determined by cumulative new billing accounts sold and posted to Scoreboard on or between January 1\, 2025 and December 31\, 2025\, which are anticipated to bill on a monthly basis for a minimum of 12 months. \nAccounts sold during the last four months of 2025 that are not yet billing by December 31\, 2025\, will be valued at Telarus management’s discretion (typically valued at committed contract rate). \nAbsolute cut-off date orders signed on or before December 31st and submitted/logged by January 6th (3rd business day). \nTotal new revenue will be reduced by the fallout of accounts not installed or billing. \nAny sale resulting in a commission reduction will be reduced by the same value. \nLD usage sales will be trued up to actual billing. \nAccounts transferred to Telarus (base transfer) do not qualify for Chairman’s Club calculations unless Telarus retains its full administrative portion of commissions. \nThe Chairman’s Club award may only be used by the principal of the agency and their guest. \nPartner and/or approved employee and guest must be 18 years of age or older. \nIf an award winner elects to make the trip as a single\, there will be no credit or future value in lieu of not taking a guest. \nThe award is valid only for the specified travel dates and may not be rescheduled or redeemed for vouchers or cash. \nAwards are non-transferable and may not be sold or traded. \nPartners who wish to extend the prize trip may do so only through the designated travel agency. Family or additional guests may be added to a trip extension but may not attend any of the Chairman’s Club events. Telarus is not responsible for any portion of a trip extension including hotel/airport transfers. \nEach Telarus Chairman’s Club award winner agrees that Telarus may\, in any way Telarus deems fit\, and at Telarus’ sole discretion\, use any Telarus Chairman’s Club award winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of publishing the results of\, promoting\, or otherwise advertising the Telarus Chairman’s Club. \nEach winning Chairman’s Club trip includes round trip coach air transportation\, hotel accommodation\, airport portage\, and transfers for two. \nIf a Sales Partner’s business is acquired by a Telarus competitor\, they no longer are eligible for the program period. \nAny changes to flight details are at the sole cost and responsibility of the partner/supplier/employee. We will reimburse up to the initial flight allowance. \nTrip incidentals such as baggage fees\, meals outside of program events\, car rentals\, airport parking\, and/or mileage during travel are not eligible for reimbursement. \nFinal Trip winners will be announced on or before January 31\, 2026 with invitation to join the trip. \nAdditional terms and conditions may apply. \nEach winning Chairman’s Club trip includes round trip coach air transportation\, hotel accommodation\, airport portage\, and transfers for two. \nTravel Details\nTravel Dates\nJune 4 – 10\, 2026 \nTerms & Conditions\nAll aspects of the Telarus Chairman’s Club awards are subject to all applicable laws and regulations. To be eligible for the award\, all participants must agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions\, and participation constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein. \nTravel Documents\nA valid United States Passport is required for this trip. The passport must be valid through the travel dates. In addition\, the name on the reservation must match exactly with the name on the ID. \nTax Liability\nAny liability for federal\, state\, or other taxes for the 2025 Telarus Chairman’s Club awards will be the sole responsibility of the winning agents. Telarus will not be responsible for payment of any such taxes. \nLiability Waiver\nEach participant will sign a liability waiver for this trip releasing Telarus\, LLC\, and other property owners and facilities providers of any and all financial or legal liability for any injury or occurrence. DESCRIPTION:Telarus Chairman’s Club 2026\n\nJune 2027\nTokyo & Kyoto\, Japan\n\nThe contest for the Annual Telarus Chairman’s Club Trip runs January 1\, 2026 – December 31\, 2026. Only the agency the principal of the agency and their guest are eligible to attend. \nIn June of 2027\, we’ll spend seven days exploring Tokyo and Kyoto\, Japan! Trip highlights include: \n\nExploring Tokyo is an unforgettable blend of tradition and innovation\, beginning with rickshaw rides through the historic streets of Asakusa and a visit to the iconic Sensoji Temple. From there\, the city reveals its modern side at the soaring Skytree\, offering breathtaking views over the sprawling metropolis\, before transitioning to moments of reflection at the serene Meiji Jingu Shrine. The energy peaks at the world‑famous Shibuya Crossing\, where the rhythm of Tokyo comes alive in a mesmerizing display of movement and light. The experience culminates at TeamLab Borderless\, where immersive digital art blurs the boundaries between technology and imagination\, creating a truly one‑of‑a‑kind journey through Japan’s vibrant capital.\n\n\nThe journey to Kyoto begins aboard Japan’s iconic bullet train\, seamlessly transporting guests from the energy of Tokyo to the timeless elegance of the country’s cultural heart. Once there\, exploration unfolds at the golden splendor of Kinkakuji Temple\, followed by a walk through the vibrant vermilion gates of Fushimi Inari Shrine\, where centuries of tradition feel vividly alive. Evenings come to life in Pontocho Historic Dining Alley\, offering an intimate glimpse into Kyoto’s culinary heritage\, while shopping along Teramachi provides a charming blend of local craftsmanship and modern boutiques. The experience is beautifully capped with an unforgettable dining moment at Sodoh Higashiyama\, set against Kyoto’s historic scenery—an immersive celebration of refinement\, culture\, and connection.\n\nThese intimate experiences will foster lifelong relationships with all who attend. This fun-filled and wonderous event will be one you will never forget. To learn more\, contact your xPDM. \nProgram Period\nAdvisor program will run January 1\, 2026 through December 31\, 2026. Absolute cut-off date orders signed on or before December 31st and submitted/logged by January 8th\, 2027  (3rd business day). \nTerms & Conditions\nPartner must be an active selling Telarus agent and have no contract violations to receive the award in June 2027. \nTotal new revenue will be determined by cumulative new billing accounts sold and posted to Scoreboard on or between January 1\, 2026 and December 31\, 2026\, which are anticipated to bill on a monthly basis for a minimum of 12 months. \nAccounts sold during the last four months of 2026 that are not yet billing by December 31\, 2026\, will be valued at Telarus management’s discretion (typically valued at committed contract rate). \nAbsolute cut-off date orders signed on or before December 31st and submitted/logged by January 8th (3rd business day). \nTotal new revenue will be reduced by the fallout of accounts not installed or billing. \nAny sale resulting in a commission reduction will be reduced by the same value. \nLD usage sales will be trued up to actual billing. \nAccounts transferred to Telarus (base transfer) do not qualify for Chairman’s Club calculations unless Telarus retains its full administrative portion of commissions. \nThe Chairman’s Club award may only be used by the principal of the agency and their guest. \nPartner and/or approved employee and guest must be 18 years of age or older. \nIf an award winner elects to make the trip as a single\, there will be no credit or future value in lieu of not taking a guest. \nThe award is valid only for the specified travel dates and may not be rescheduled or redeemed for vouchers or cash. \nAwards are non-transferable and may not be sold or traded. \nPartners who wish to extend the prize trip may do so only through the designated travel agency. Family or additional guests may be added to a trip extension but may not attend any of the Chairman’s Club events. Telarus is not responsible for any portion of a trip extension including hotel/airport transfers. \nEach Telarus Chairman’s Club award winner agrees that Telarus may\, in any way Telarus deems fit\, and at Telarus’ sole discretion\, use any Telarus Chairman’s Club award winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of publishing the results of\, promoting\, or otherwise advertising the Telarus Chairman’s Club. \nEach winning Chairman’s Club trip includes round trip coach air transportation\, hotel accommodation\, airport portage\, and transfers for two. \nIf a Sales Partner’s business is acquired by a Telarus competitor\, they no longer are eligible for the program period. \nAny changes to flight details are at the sole cost and responsibility of the partner/supplier/employee. We will reimburse up to the initial flight allowance. \nTrip incidentals such as baggage fees\, meals outside of program events\, car rentals\, airport parking\, and/or mileage during travel are not eligible for reimbursement. \nFinal Trip winners will be announced on or before January 31\, 2027 with invitation to join the trip. \nAdditional terms and conditions may apply. \nTravel Details\nTravel Dates\nJune\, 2027 \nTerms & Conditions\nAll aspects of the Telarus Chairman’s Club awards are subject to all applicable laws and regulations. To be eligible for the award\, all participants must agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions\, and participation constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein. \nTravel Documents\nA valid United States Passport is required for this trip. The passport must be valid through the travel dates. In addition\, the name on the reservation must match exactly with the name on the ID. \nTax Liability\nAny liability for federal\, state\, or other taxes for the 2026 Telarus Chairman’s Club awards will be the sole responsibility of the winning agents. Telarus will not be responsible for payment of any such taxes. \nLiability Waiver\nEach participant will sign a liability waiver for this trip releasing Telarus\, LLC\, and other property owners and facilities providers of any and all financial or legal liability for any injury or occurrence.
