Robert Butler
Robert Butler joined Telarus in January 2006 and serves as the Director of VAR Network. Mr. Butler started his career
working for Dell in the finance department before beginning his 11 year career in telecommunications. Robert started his
career in telecom working as a sales manager for CompuLink before moving to Nabi Networks, where he was Director of
Sales for 4 years. Mr. Butler comes to VAR Network by way of NewEdge Networks, where he specialized in multi-site retail
broadband sales through VAR’s and telecom Agents. Mr. Butler, will serve as the Director of the VAR program and will
oversee all telecom equipment lead generation, recruitment of network integrators and value added resellers, and agent
support activities. Robert Butler holds a degree in Finance from Texas State University.

Adam Edwards
Adam Edwards is one of the original co-founders of Telarus, Inc. and is currently serving as its President. Prior to
founding Telarus Mr. Edwards served as the Vice President of Finance for Quest Manufacturing, Inc. leading the
acquisition of a new operating unit in 2001 and helping structure the unit for financing in 2002. From 1999 through 2001
Mr. Edwards served as the Vice President of Finance for Silicon Film Technologies, Inc. In his role at SFT, Mr. Edwards
prepared the company for its successful financing in 2000 in which the company raised $6 Million. Mr. Edwards has a
background in public accounting and worked as an auditor at KPMG LLP. Mr. Edwards’ experience at KPMG ranged from
auditing small private companies to working on SEC filings for large international and public companies. He was also
involved in the Korean Practice and the Structured Finance division. Mr. Edwards holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham
Young University and is a CPA.

Patrick Oborn
Mr. Oborn, co-founder of Telarus, Inc., currently serves as its Chief “Innovation” Officer. He is the co-author of
the patent-pending GeoQuote real-time T1 pricing software and is responsible for general web design projects, internet
marketing strategy, search engine optimization, agent web marketing tools, and training. Mr. Oborn is an expert in
search engine marketing and is highly respected by agents who attend his seminars and web trainings regularly. Prior to
co-founding Telarus, Inc. in 2002, Mr. Oborn was a web designer at Cognigen Networks, Inc. where he developed
BottomLine™ long distance bill comparison technology, featured in the Wall Street Journal and USA Today. Prior to
Cognigen, Mr. Oborn was a technical consultant for TRW Space and Defense, where he designed communication circuits for
use in Department of Defense (DoD) satellite communication systems. Mr. Oborn graduated with Honors from Brigham Young
University in 1997, with a Masters degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and minor degrees in Spanish
Literature, Mathematics, and Physics.

Andrew Morgan
Mr. Morgan is currently serving as Director of Internet Operations. He is is the main driver behind all of Telarus' web
development, both internal and external. Under his supervision Telarus has released MARS (Master Agent Reporting System) and
VENUS (VAR Enterprise Network Update System), as well as spearheading many important updates to GeoQuote - Telarus' patented
real-time commercial telecommunication price quoting software.
Before Mr. Morgan took over the reigns at Telarus, Andrew served as the Internet Marketing Director of PowerNet Global
Communications from 2005 to 2007. While at PNG Mr. Morgan developed and implemented online strategies through his
management of teams of web developers. Prior to PowerNet Global, Mr. Morgan worked as the manager of internet marketing for
AmeriVision Communications where he was responsible for initiating and developing strategic partnerships with companies
supplying profitable cross-promoting products. Mr. Morgan graduated with Honors from Oklahoma Christian University in 2001
with a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in E-Business.

Justing Chugg
Justin has been with Telarus from the very beginning, authoring Macromedia Flash presentations and web site elements
now featured on ShopforT1.com as well as this web site. Before joining Telarus, Mr. Chugg worked on agent training
technology for Cognigen Networks, Inc. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Chugg volunteered to serve a mission for the Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in New Jersey, where became fluent in Spanish. Upon his return, Mr. Chugg returned to
Telarus to embark on a new mission of building the VAR Network where he actively recruits new partners and screens
incoming equipment leads. Mr. Chugg also continues to design Flash for Telarus and is due to graduate from Brigham
Young University in 2008.

Daniel Vest
Daniel Vest joined Telarus in 2006 and currently serves as a senior member of the programming staff. Mr. Vest
specializes in Cold Fusion and PHP development, with his current focus being the development of the VAR program back-end
systems, XML integration with our Telecommunications vendors, and other online tools for customers, agents, and staff.
Daniel comes to Telarus with over 13 years experience designing and developing web based software for clients such as
Intel, JCPenney, Iomega, and more.

Min Liu
Mr. Liu has been a software developer for Telarus since 2005. Min specializes in internet marketing software
platforms that Telarus agents use to generate leads, specifically the GeoQuote PLUS sites. Min holds a Masters Degree
in Computer Science from the University of North Dakota and received his Bachelors Degree in China, his native country.
Min uses his specialized skills to provide technical support for agents who need help integrating Telarus technology
into their own web sites, making him a favorite of the affiliate community.
