Acheivement, Dedication, Success
It is a rather simple equation: create a program that benefits VAR, network integrators,
and resellers, and telecom sales agents. As we continue down the road of convergence, Telarus
has dedicated itself to creating a program that is capable of adding incremental sales to VARs
in addition to providing software that enables them to become more proficient in the
telecom services space.
When we created the "VAR Program" in 2003, we began generating leads to VARs in an effort
to show them we are serious about our commitment to growing their business. Then, in 2005
we refined our VARSearch algorithm to better match up leads and VARs. Finally, in 2007
we finished the development of VENUS, a self-contained back office created specifically
for VARs - where they could manage everything (equipment leads and telecom opportunities)
in one place.

2008 VARBusiness Magazine Gold 5-Star Program Winner
In March 2008 Telarus was recognized by CMP Channel's
VARBusiness Magazine
as one of North America's top information-technology (IT) vendors for its VAR Network.
Of the hundreds of vendor program entries reviewed for this year's guide, Telarus
was one of only ten Gold 5-Star Overall Winners chosen in this 14th annual VARBusiness
Partner Programs Guide survey. Telarus was also certified a Silver 5-Star Winner in the
Partner Profitability, Communication and Partner Recruitment categories.

In November, 2007 PHONE+ Magazine, a monthly publication of Virgo Publishing LLC for
the telecommunications indirect sales channel, announced that Telarus, Inc. had been
selected ascq one of its Top 50 Channel Programs. This selection is continued validation
that the VAR Program is the industry leader.

In March 2007 the Telecom Association recognized Telarus for its groundbreaking work in the fields of
real-time telecom services quoting and for VAR-focused web site creation. We are excited to be
recognized by an industry leading association for creating more effective and streamlined methods
for VARs to do more telecom business without the headaches they used to deal with before the
VAR Network was created.

The Best Measure of Achievement
The biggest measure of our success, however, isn't the awards we receive from the
major associations and industry publications. Our ability to create value (read, money)
for our VAR partners is really the barometer by which we gauge our success or
lack thereof. As you can see from our revenue below, the commissions we are paying
out to our partners bear witness that we are accomplishing our goals.
As of January 2008, over 2,200 VARs nationwide currently rely on us
as a telecom partner and we hope you will too.
