Adam Edwards
Adam Edwards is one of the original co-founders of Telarus, Inc. and is currently serving as its President. Prior to
founding Telarus Mr. Edwards served as the Vice President of Finance for Quest Manufacturing, Inc. leading the
acquisition of a new operating unit in 2001 and helping structure the unit for financing in 2002. From 1999 through 2001
Mr. Edwards served as the Vice President of Finance for Silicon Film Technologies, Inc. In his role at SFT, Mr. Edwards
prepared the company for its successful financing in 2000 in which the company raised $6 Million. Mr. Edwards has a
background in public accounting and worked as an auditor at KPMG LLP. Mr. Edwards’ experience at KPMG ranged from
auditing small private companies to working on SEC filings for large international and public companies. He was also
involved in the Korean Practice and the Structured Finance division. Mr. Edwards holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham
Young University and is a CPA.

Patrick Oborn
Mr. Oborn, co-founder of Telarus, Inc., currently serves as its Chief “Innovation” Officer. He is the co-author of
the patent-pending GeoQuote real-time T1 pricing software and is responsible for general web design projects, internet
marketing strategy, search engine optimization, agent web marketing tools, and training. Mr. Oborn is an expert in
search engine marketing and is highly respected by agents who attend his seminars and web trainings regularly. Prior to
co-founding Telarus, Inc. in 2002, Mr. Oborn was a web designer at Cognigen Networks, Inc. where he developed
BottomLine™ long distance bill comparison technology, featured in the Wall Street Journal and USA Today. Prior to
Cognigen, Mr. Oborn was a technical consultant for TRW Space and Defense, where he designed communication circuits for
use in Department of Defense (DoD) satellite communication systems. Mr. Oborn graduated with Honors from Brigham Young
University in 1997, with a Masters degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and minor degrees in Spanish
Literature, Mathematics, and Physics.

Andrew Morgan
Mr. Morgan is currently serving as Director of Internet Operations. He is is the main driver behind all of Telarus' web
development, both internal and external. Under his supervision Telarus has released MARS (Master Agent Reporting System) and
VENUS (VAR Enterprise Network Update System), as well as spearheading many important updates to GeoQuote - Telarus' patented
real-time commercial telecommunication price quoting software.
Before Mr. Morgan took over the reigns at Telarus, Andrew served as the Internet Marketing Director of PowerNet Global
Communications from 2005 to 2007. While at PNG Mr. Morgan developed and implemented online strategies through his
management of teams of web developers. Prior to PowerNet Global, Mr. Morgan worked as the manager of internet marketing for
AmeriVision Communications where he was responsible for initiating and developing strategic partnerships with companies
supplying profitable cross-promoting products. Mr. Morgan graduated with Honors from Oklahoma Christian University in 2001
with a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in E-Business.

Robert Probst
Robert has over ten years of marketing experience starting in 1995 with Excel Communications, WorldConnect, Inc. and
Cognigen Networks, Inc. Prior to becoming the Telarus Affiliate Manager, Mr. Probst was instrumental in the development
of large agent programs with numerous telecom companies. When asked what his most significant contribution has been, he
stated, "I think my ability to understand the wants and needs of the sales agents, and deliver the products and services
they want to sell has been a primary reason my affiliate programs have been so successful." Mr. Probst also stated that
"Negotiating good contracts that reward the agents, as well as protect their commissions is also a key factor in the
success of any affiliate program."

Glenda Probst
Glenda Probst has 15 years of experience with Agent programs in marketing, sales, data, commissions and FCC
Compliance. For the past five years agents have been quick to recognize her Midas touch when solving their problems.
Glenda’s history in telecom dates back to 1993, when she became involved in sales and training for a Long Distance
company. By 2001 she was promoted to National Trainer for Cognigen Networks, Inc.; traveling with a team that included
Patrick Oborn and Robert Probst. As a National Trainer, Glenda was instrumental in working directly with sales agents;
training them marketing strategies to increase their sales.

Daniel Pentecost
Daniel Pentecost serves as the Director of Enterprise Services. He is a professional geek and known to industry colleagues as "Master of the success crisis."
Telarus employees consider him: "The first person to ask when Google can't find it." With background in
pharmaceutical medicine, wireless engineering, managed information systems and chaplaincy, he is a true "mutt". Daniel
is a self-admitted serial entrepreneur and is always on the lookout for the next big thing to release to our agents and
customers.

Aaron Jay
"Aaron Jay" Lieberman is a senior programmer with Telarus and enjoys working on the development of the web based
tools that the customers, agents, and even staff have learned to love. After receiving several degrees from the
University of Maryland in Math, Computer Science and Teaching, he honed his programming skills developing telecom grade
machines and software Siemens AG.
