SEATTLE, WA - May 19, 2009 - Telnes Broadband, a leading provider of managed broadband
communications for businesses, named master agent Telarus, Inc. as
its 2009 Partner of the Year. This marks the second consecutive year
that Telarus has been given Telnes Broadband's top award.

Draper, Utah - May 15, 2009 - NuVox, a leading competitive communications
provider in the Southeast and Midwest, named Telarus, Inc. as its top dealer for
2008. The Top Dealer award is given each year to the Indirect Sales
partner with the highest annual sales volume. This marks the second consecutive year
that Telarus has been honored with this reward.

DRAPER UT, May 7, 2009 - Telarus announced the launch of "Proposal Creator 2.0."
The point-and-click proposal creator is a newly upgraded function
of the custom-built Telarus Agent Back Office that gives agents the ability to
create private-labeled carrier service proposals for their customers in just seconds.
The technology was unveiled to the public in February.

partners in 2008 at last week’s Telecom Association Channel Partners Show and Expo in Las Vegas,
Nevada. At the show, Accel recognized Telarus, Inc. as Master agent of the Year and RealCom Solutions
as Retail Partner of the Year.

DRAPER, Utah - February 25, 2009 - For the second consecutive year, Telarus announced
that it has been voted the Top Master Agent for 2009 by members of the Telecom
Association. The award is the Association's highest honor and is a direct result
of votes cast by all eligible members of TA, including agents, vendors, and
VARs - all of whom work full-time in the telecom industry.

DRAPER, Utah, February 24, 2009 - Telarus, Inc. today announced today announced
that all 38 claims relating to the online generation of real-time commercial
telecommunication service quotes have been formally accepted by the United
States Patent and Trademark Office. The technology, which Telarus trademarked
as “GeoQuote”, powers Telarus’ public facing lead generation sites as well
as its password protected agent back office sites. Using the technology
agents can generate quotes from over 30 commercial telecom vendors in under
60 seconds.
