We add up all the calls for a month of service, based on the service type, multiply the total minutes times this rate, and round up just that total. We do this rather than rounding up each and every call. This saves large dedicated voice customer a lot of money! Remember "True-Rounding" with PNG!
• For switched voice services we offer 18/6 second billing increments with no term agreement. Our switched voice services are month to month.
• For dedicated voice customers, we offer 6/6 second billing increments and must have a minimum of a 12 month term agreement. We also show billing on the customer portal out to the 4th decimal point.
