• FLEXLinx utilizes a traditional TDM platform to delver the following: Any combination of voice and Internet services from six to 240 channels, Feature-rich local service with large local calling areas, Affordable long distance with International service, Dedicated Internet access available in 64kbps increments, Robust web services including web hosting, spam filtering, and email, and Dependable equipment installation and administration
• VoxIP utilizes a Private IP Backbone to deliver a Dynamically Allocated T1 Service. With VoxIP, your business begins with T1(s) of Internet and adds the voice and networking service you need up to 6Mbps of bandwidth and 96 voice lines. You may also select from a collection of enhanced features designed to provide greater flexibility and more efficient telecommunications service for your business. NuVox's VoxIP couples new innovations with proven, reliable technology.
• In the Dynamic Environment of VoxIP, each Voice channel utilizes 32k of bandwidth when in use. When the Voice call is released, the 32k is now available for Internet Use. Fax Lines may use up to 80k. Per T1, we limit the voice channels to 24. When all 24 channels are in use, 768k of Internet is still available for the Internet.
• NuVox offers a 180 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all VoxIP and FlexLinx Services. If the customer identifies any service issue that we cannot fix to their satisfaction, we will allow them out of their contract, and pay any associated vendor fees to switch them to another carrier.
