VARSearch Enrollment Surpasses 1,000 Members

VAR Network expands to new heights

DRAPER, Utah - January 18, 2007 - Telarus, Inc., premier telecom master agent and patent holder of real-time carrier quotes, today announced that its VARSearch(tm) database of telecom hardware dealers and network integrators has surpassed the 1,000 member mark. VARSearch(tm) is a technology that enables users to search for technicians and technical specialists in their local area. Telarus makes VARSearch(tm) available to the public on www.VARNetwork.com as well as to its growing base of agents who deal with commercial telecom customers in need of technical support or access to specific brands of telecommunications equipment.

The VAR Network generates thousands of telecom equipment leads each month for system integrators and VARs who are enrolled in VARSearch(tm). These leads are generated from in-house web sites such as VARNetwork.com as well as by affiliate-driven private labeled VARSearch(tm) XML plug-ins. Unlike other lead generation companies, VARs in VAR Network do not pay for leads - they pay commissions only on closed sales. Likewise, each and every lead that comes in to VARSearch(tm) is reviewed by VAR Network quality control employees before being delivered to its intended recipients, significantly reducing the number of junk leads and tire kickers that come into the system.

In December 2006 alone, VARSearch(tm) delivered over 800 unique leads to its network of partners. VARs are rated by VARSearch(tm) based upon such factors as geographic proximity to the customer, previous customer and agent feedback, and VAR's level of participation with telarus' core telecommunication services business.
