DRAPER, Utah - January 6, 2007 - Telarus, Inc., premier telecom master agent and patent holder of real-time carrier quotes, today announced the recent hire of Robert Butler to oversee the continued growth
and development of the Telarus VAR program. In this role, Butler will be responsible for leading and driving sales
activities by working directly with VARs who come to Telarus as well as VARs recruited by agents. Butler has a wealth of
experience that he will bring to the Telarus team. While at NewEdge Networks, he specialized in multi-site retail broadband
opportunities selling exclusively through network integrators and value added resellers.

The VAR Network generates telecom equipment leads for VARs who are enrolled in VARSearch(tm). These leads are generated

2006, VARSearch delivered over 800 unique leads to its network of 1000 VARs and network integrators. Included in these leads
