new Vice President of Sales. In his new role Mr. Akins will lead the agent sales channel and manage
all vendor relationships.

Mr. Akins was originally hired by Telarus in 2003 as an agent sales manager where he recruited new
agents and trained them on how to effectively build their business using the tools and leads Telarus
provides. Prior to today's announcement the duties traditionally associated with a VP of Sales were
performed by the president of Telarus, Adam Edwards.
