| January 19, 2012 - Telarus Inc. announced that it will be hosting a national partner conference in Park City, Utah on June 6-8, 2012. Termed by the company as the "Telarus Partner Summit", the event will take place at the Stein Eriksen Lodge on the slopes of the Deer Valley Resort and will include educational seminars - including Cloud and lead generation topics, supplier exhibits, private supplier-to-sales partner strategy meetings, and an all-day excursion for all Partner Summit attendees. Current and prospective Telarus partners are invited to participate at no charge. |

| January 4, 2012 - EarthLink, Inc. announced that Telarus, Inc. has signed EarthLink Business' new nationwide Channel Partner agreement. The new agreement will allow Telarus agent partners to sell EarthLink Business voice, data and managed services products nationwide across its expansive network footprint, which includes a nationwide MLPS platform and 28,000 route fiber miles. |

| December 13, 2011 - Telarus Inc. today announced that they have recently completed their corporate relocation to a new 6000 square foot office space located in the Centennial Plaza Tower in Sandy, Utah. The new office was custom architected for large-scale telecom management and includes: support operations center (SOC), agent training room, board room, idea (whiteboard) room, software development room, break room, and 10 executive offices. |

| June 15, 2011 - Advantix Solutions Group and telecom master agent Telarus, Inc. have entered into a mutually exclusive partnership for sales of Mobile Telecom Management Services to large-scale enterprises and corporations throughout the United States. The agreement will open the door for hundreds of independent carrier sales agencies to provide wireless optimization, mobility management, help desk, and specialized consulting solutions to their business clientele by reducing and renegotiating wireless bills and managing wireless contracts and handsets. |
