Adam V. Edwards - President, Co-Founder
Mr. Edwards is a co-founder of Telarus, Inc. and currently serves as our president.
Mr. Edwards is a well-repsected member of the Channel community is a frequent speaker
on industry
discussion panels and forums.
Prior to co-founding Telarus, Inc.
in 2002, Mr. Edwards was the Vice President of Finance for Quest Manufacturing, Inc. Mr. Edwards lead the acquisition of a
new operating unit in 2001 and helped structure the unit for financing in 2002. Mr. Edwards served from 1999 through 2001
as the Vice President of Finance for Silicon Film Technologies, Inc. In his role at SFT, Mr. Edwards prepared the company
for its successful financing in 2000 in which the company raised $6 Million. Mr. Edwards has a background in public
accounting and worked as an auditor at KPMG LLP. Mr. Edwards' experience at KPMG ranged from auditing small private
companies to working on SEC filings for large international and public companies. He was also involved in the Korean
Practice and the Structured Finance division. Mr. Edwards holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University and is a
CPA.

Patrick K. Oborn - VP of Marketing, Co-Founder
Mr. Oborn is a co-founder of Telarus, Inc. and currently serves as our VP of Marketing. He is responsible for
public relations, press releases, trade show coordination, web design, Internet marketing strategy, search engine optimization, agent web marketing tools, and training. Mr. Oborn is
an expert in search engine marketing and is highly respected by agents who attend his seminars and web trainings
regularly.
Prior to co-founding Telarus, Inc. in 2002, Mr. Oborn was a web designer at Cognigen Networks, Inc from 1999 to 2002.
While at Cognigen, Mr. Oborn helped develop and deploy over 50 marketing web sites now in use by over 225,000 sales agents
worldwide. Mr. Oborn was one of the top producing salespeople within Cognigen. While at Cognigen, Mr. Oborn developed
BottomLine long distance bill comparison technology, featured in the Wall Street Journal and USA Today. Prior to Cognigen,
Mr. Oborn was a technical consultant for TRW Space and Defense, where he designed communication circuits for use in
Department of Defense satellite communication systems. Mr. Oborn graduated with Honors from Brigham Young University in
1998 with a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering.

Andrew R. Morgan - VP of Internet Operations
Mr. Morgan is the main driver behind all of Telarus' web development, both internal and external.
Under his supervision Telarus has released MARS (Master Agent Reporting System) and VENUS (VAR Enterprise
Network Update System), as well as spearheading many important updates to GeoQuote - Telarus' patented
real-time commercial telecommunications price quoting software.
Before Mr. Morgan took over the reigns at Telarus, Andrew served as the Internet Marketing Director
of PowerNet Global Communications from 2005 to 2007. While at PNG Mr. Morgan developed and implemented
online strategies through his management of teams of web developers. Prior to PowerNet Global,
Mr. Morgan worked as the manager of Internet marketing for Amerivision Communications where he was
responsible for initiating and developing strategic partnerships with companies supplying profitable
cross-promoting products. Mr. Morgan graduated with Honors from Oklahoma Christian University in 2001
with a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in E-Business.

M. Lance Akins - VP of Sales
Mr. Akins understands our unique sales process better than anyone - he was Telarus' first employee.
Hired back in 2003 as the first agent sales manager, Mr. Akins has played a direct role in the development
and growth of our company and our software that has allowed us to scale our revenue so quickly.
GeoQuote, the agent back office, MARS - all of the in-house technologies owe their existence in part
or in full to Mr. Akins and his creative mind and vision. Mr. Akins primary duties include both supervising
the agent and VAR sales channels, and in maintaining our current carrier relationships.
Mr. Akins began his very success sales career at DELL, where he received an award for being in the top 2% of
their SMB sales force. He transitioned to ConnectSouth and then New Edge as a founding member of their new
Alternate Channel Program, and was inducted into their President's Club & Golden Circle for top sales
achievements. After spending 3 years at New Edge, in January 2003 he transitioned to Telarus.
Mr. Akins holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas, Austin.
