Chief Executive Officer
Adam Edwards is a co-founder of Telarus and serves as our chief executive officer. He’s responsible for the strategy and the culture of the organization which means he focuses on “who we are” and makes sure we’re focused on helping partners be successful.
Chief Operations Officer
Richard comes to us from CarrierSales as one of the co-owners of Telarus. He is responsible for overseeing all operations to ensure the best and most efficient support channels are made available to our partners. Richard is responsible for “What we do"
VP of Partner Experience
Patrick Oborn is a co-founder of Telarus, Inc. and a driver in marketing and communication efforts. "What's next" is what Patrick does, and has done since the beginning. Patrick wouldn't take 'no' for an answer during the start-up phase of the company, coming up with the idea for GeoQuote (real-time quoting), lead sharing, and more. He now oversees the entire partner experience set out to optimize and innovate every touch-point a partner has with Telarus services and tools.
Chief Financial Officer
Zane Christensen is the chief financial officer. Zane’s primary responsibility is “paying for it” which means he’s responsible for financial planning and analysis, accounting, but most importantly making sure we pay our partners accurately and on time.
Executive Vice President
Roger is responsible for “what’s new” at Telarus. Roger leads the expansion of our Cloud strategy including building our cloud and security practices, developing and leading educational forums for partners, and managing the growth of the VX Suite product set as well as demand generation initiatives.
SVP of Operations
Bryce Hayes is the Senior Vice President of Operations. Bryce manages all support services including account management, project management and general support. Making sure our partners can price, sell, implement, and retain customers is where Bryce focuses.
SVP of Sales
Scott serves as the senior vice president of sales at Telarus. Scott is responsible for sales growth which means his team of RVPs and Partner Development Specialists work with sales partners on the strategy and growths of their own organizations. Sales Engineering also reports to Scott’s organization, giving his team even more ability to help partners on new and complex technology sales.
VP of Marketing
Amy Bailey is the Telarus vice president of marketing. Amy is responsible for “what we say.” Amy has taken events at Telarus to the next level with over 35 Telarus Innovation Conference events per year, Partner Advisory Council meetings, boot camps, and Telarus Partner Xchange. She manages events, creative marketing, content, and recruiting. Amy serves as a board member of Women in the Channel.
VP of Human Resources
Cindy leads the HR team and is responsible for the culture of the organization making sure we hire the best and retain the best team to help our partners.
VP of Sales Operations - CenturyLink
Jo is responsible sales and support of CenturyLink services. Jo has significant experience and leads a team of more than 12 specialists who focus only on supporting large and/or complex CenturyLink opportunities. Jo’s team is known across the industry for their unsurpassed ability to help partners succeed with CenturyLink.
VP of Engineering
Josh leads our team of engineers who make sure our partners have access to solution assessments, designs, and knowledgeable engineers to help our partners successfully sell to their customers. Josh has been involved in engineering and cloud technologies over the last decade.
Michael BrownVP of Technology
Michael is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the software solutions for Telarus and VXSuite. His teams are also responsible for implementing and supporting the IT Support and infrastructure for Telarus. He brings over 25 years of operational, development and IT Management experience to the team, including six years with a Managed Service Provider.
VP Sales Operations - AT&T
Paul is responsible for the sales and support of AT&T services. Paul has significant experience at AT&T and ensures partners have access to the best support for their AT&T business. This entails troubleshooting, escalations, negations, as well as helping design custom network solutions.
VP of Supplier Management
Paula McKinnon serves as our vice president of supplier management, and her focus is to optimize the alignment of Telarus and supplier resources, to make sure every stakeholder delivers on their promises, and to make sure Telarus enjoys the best partner support and access available in the industry. Paula is an active member of the Women in the Channel organization and holds a Certified Telecommunications Professional certification from the TCA.
VP Sales Operations - UC/CC
Ray is responsible driving the national sales strategy for Contact Center and Unified Communications opportunities. Ray works closely with partners to help coach and direct them to identify and close opportunities as they pertain to UC and CC. Ray works closely with Unified Communications and Contact Center providers and the Telarus marketing team to develop and execute lead programs and event planning to drive UC and CC sales.
VP of Sales Operations - Mobility and IOT
Tiffany leads the mobility and IOT practice at Telarus. Tiffany has extensive experience building pre-post sales teams, running operations, and building teams She is currently expanding the cutting edge mobility/IOT practice at Telarus which helps partners engage in new areas of revenue growth.
