At Veracity, we are always striving to improve how we take care of our customers.  We have an unbeatable customer support team who answers your call quickly and effectively.  Customers will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager at the time of installation, which will provide an escalation list of numbers including our CEO, CRO, COO and several Vice Presidents.  It is the Account Manager’s responsibility to work with the partner and take care of the customer to ensure complete satisfaction.

We also provide a 1-1-3 program, where we initiate quality assurance and satisfaction calls to new customers at the 1-week, 1-month and 3-month marks.  This process ensures that the customer will have the necessary information and resources to fully enjoy their services.  By initiating these communication points, we not only establish a stronger relationship, but we also eliminate any potential issues they may be experiencing before they become interruptive to business activities.  By implementing this 1-1-3 program, we have reached 98.6% customer satisfaction.
